This position supports the **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** Supply Chain Commodities and Services team in **Huntsville, A** **L**.

**Position Responsibilities:**

* Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
* Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
* Partnering w/ Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programs
* Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
* Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
* The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required
* Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
* Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
* Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.



**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):**

* Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Experience in performing data analysis
* Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
* Experience working both independently and in team environments



**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):**

* Bachelor’s Degree or higher
* 1+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals
* 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
* Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service
* 1+ years of commercial off the shelf procurement experience
* 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Summary pay range:

Entry-Level (Level 1): $51,850 - $64,050

Associate (Level 2): $60,350 - $74,550
