The Early Intervention Associate Sales Consultant (ASC) reports to the Regional Manager (RM) and is responsible for:
* Working at the direction of a Sales Consultant (SC) to sell and manage the Monovisc, Orthovisc, and PEAK PRP product lines in the clinical setting, ensuring the achievement of an annual sales quota and other related targets in the assigned territory.
* Overall responsibilities include servicing existing customers, managing company assets, sales logistics and execution of national, regional, and local initiatives.
The anticipated base pay for this position is $50,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.

**Required Minimum Qualifications**
One of the following:
* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree **OR**
* Associate degree and at least two (2) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries **OR**
* Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
And
* Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.
* Must be willing and able to travel to all accounts within an assigned territory, as directed by DePuy Synthes Early Intervention Field Sales Leadership. This position may require extensive travel within territory, with the possibility of weekend work and/or limited overnight travel.
* A valid Driver’s license issued in the United States.

This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.
