**Description & Requirements**
The Social Media Intern will support the Digital Marketing Team with day-to-day activities and projects focused on enhancing Forvis Mazars’ social media presence. Under the guidance of the Social Media Manager and other team members, the intern will assist in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
This role provides hands-on experience in social media content creation, campaign coordination, and strategic communication while offering opportunities to develop professional skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
**How You Will Contribute**
* Brainstorm and draft ideas for social media campaigns aligned with Forvis Mazars’ marketing goals.
* Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
* Monitor social media channels for mentions or comments and flag important items.
* Draft engaging copy for social media posts and campaigns.
* Maintain the social media editorial calendar by coordinating with internal teams.
* Collaborate with team members to explore new content ideas and strategies.
* Compile data for monthly social media performance reports.
* Learn to analyze campaign success using analytics tools and provide insights.
* Research social media trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative engagement strategies.

* Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hoot Suite, DSMN8).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under deadlines.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Some prior experience or coursework in social media management, marketing, or communications preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
* Interest in learning about compliance and ethical standards in professional services marketing.
