**Job Description:**

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Owner ELM Program to join our Legal Operations team located in New Brunswick, NJ.

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Legal Management (ELM) Platform Business Process Owner (BPO) to lead and enhance our global legal operations function. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in matter management and e-billing, and will effectively manage enterprise-wide processes, systems, and compliance requirements. This position will serve as a pivotal link between legal, finance, tax, procurement, and accounts payable functions to optimize and manage processes that deliver business value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Define, support, and oversee local and regional business processes for the intake, processing, and payment of legal invoices in alignment with local and international tax and compliance requirements.
* Identify and implement innovative technology solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the ELM platform.
* Understand local and regional systems and applications vital for matter management and e-billing, coordinating with legal, accounts payable, procurement, and finance technologies.
* Foster cross-functional partnerships with teams across the GLO and with key business partners to streamline processes.
* Manage local and regional processes for vendor management, aligning with international compliance, and ensuring ongoing coordination with finance, tax, procurement, and accounts payable teams.
* Manage and enhance operational processes, policies, and procedures including playbooks and guidelines.
* Develop and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge of compliance requirements across teams.
* Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial and tax reporting processes, ensuring seamless integration.
* Shape the vision and roadmap for the ELM program, focusing on business impact and solution delivery.
* Work collaboratively with leaders and team members across the organization to ensure continuous improvement to optimize performance.
* Uphold the principles of our Credo by ensuring business processes reflect our commitment to integrity, quality and innovation.
* Provide oversight on all issue resolutions/enhancements in the ELM system in partnership with the IT team.
* Document business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support.
* Execute/oversee all administrative processes in the ELM system, including monitoring data integrity and conducting regular checks and analysis of dormant matters.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience managing ELM systems within the Healthcare or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of matter management and e-billing best practices.
* Experience with the ASCENT eBilling Platform and Law Manager (LM) platforms is highly desirable.
* Experience with international invoice tax compliance is strongly preferred
* Excellent understanding of compliance requirements related to finance and legal operations.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and business processes into actionable requirements.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant certifications in business process management or project management are a plus (project management experience is preferred).
* Experience in the Salesforce platform is desirable.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**

$120,000-$207,000

_Additional Description for Pay Transparency:_

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
