Position duties include, but are not limited to:
• Serves as the Rocket Propulsion Division Planner, leading the planning and business development effort necessary to operationalize the Director’s Intent.
• Primary interface with the RQ Senior Planner to support RQ and higher DAF Planning, Programming, and Budgeting activities.
• Lead the development of Courses of Actions (COAs) and processes to develop current and outyear FYDP plans across infrastructure, workforce, and budget.
• Lead the development and communication of budget year plans for DAF, OSD, and Congress.
• Lead the business team ensuring alignment with the Director’s Intent and HHQ guidance.
• Support development of agreements and cross-division resource sharing.
• Maintain and report planning baselines in official AFRL systems of records.
• Oversee OPB activities and develop POM recommendations and maintenance of official division positions.
• Complete and maintain the EP2 and R&D Master lists.
• Update RDOCs by providing plans, allocation, and justification for BES and PB.

**Required Qualifications**
• United States Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
• Must have one year of experience at the DR-02 (or equivalent) grade level or higher
• Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's or advanced degree (directly related to the duties of the position being filled) from an accredited academic institution
• Must meet APDP requirements Level 2 Non-Critical certification in Engineering & Technical Management (N) within 24 months
