**_Position Overview & Responsibilities_**
The SigniFi journey for CFIN and Anaplan is transforming & changing how Orthopaedics will consolidate financial data into financial reports with technology, create new & more product reporting hierarchies and create a new standardized way of consolidated financial reporting data for data driven business insights. The **Ortho BUF SigniFi Finance Manager** will be pivotal in leading Orthopaedics through changes in the financial reporting and systems landscape and shaping solutions to meet current, interim .and future business needs.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
* Partner closely with BUF to ensure BUF/FP&A is setup for success for the SigniFi transformation in 2025 and beyond, and continue servicing the needs of BUF/BU as a liaison to teams leading initiatives that evolve FP&A
* Drive adoption and training of new tools within Ortho BUF functions and advocate Financial Systems capabilities, such as Anaplan, SCA Dashboards, AFO and PVM.
* Guide a network of trained Finance professionals to operationalize the new ways of working in process and technology to deliver the objectives of adopting the Anaplan Software
* Identify opportunities for reporting standardization and analytics, as well as supporting master data integrity and governance and influencing actions to enhance data-driven analytics as well as financial reporting for the future.
* Shape the FP&A Financial planning calendar for Ortho BUF in partnership with Group Finance and local FP&A leads and support initiatives designated by the Global Planning Fundamentals team.
* Proactively identify and lead change management activities to inspire and promote team engagement
* Participate in various management meetings/activities, as required, including BU CFO staff meetings, financial strategy reviews and business planning, SigniFi partnership meetings, and Technology financial planning meetings.
* Manage all interaction with SigniFi IL, GS, and other stakeholders to help Orthopaedics successfully navigate the SigniFi journey
**_Qualifications:_**
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance required
* Ability to acquire business acumen
* Demonstrated ability to influence business partners with fact-based data to drive outcome
* Strong collaborative, communication, and people skills
* Strong project management skills
* The position is preferably based in an Orthopaedics location, but this is not a must, and may require up to 10% travel

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$100,000-$172,500
_Additional Description for Pay Transparency:_
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
